                                              Introduction

                                              Alginate sodium is a natural polysaccharide extracted from kelp carbohydrates. It’s widely used in food, medicine, textile, printing and dyeing, paper making, daily chemical products, such as a thickening agent, emulsifier, stabilizer, adhesives, sizing agent, etc. Since the 80s, alginic acid sodium has got new development in food applications. Alginic acid sodium is not only a kind of safe food additives, and can be used as a bionic food or curative effect of the base material, because it is actually a kind of natural cellulose, and can reduce the absorption of fat sugar and bile salt, with lower serum cholesterol, blood triglycerides, and glucose, it can also prevent hypertension, diabetes, obesity and other modern disease. In the gut it can restrain harmful metals such as cadmium, lead, and strontium which accumulate in the body. It is because of the important role of alginic acid sodium both at home and abroad taht it has been increasingly welcomed by people.                                               Haemostatic:haemostatic gauze,scald gauze,spuze,spray haemostatic etc.

                                              Stability: ice cream, yoghurt, cream znd cheese etc

                                              Thickening and emulsifying: salads, pudding, jam, tomato juice, canned products, etc
